New Way To Print Documents, Files, Pictures And Others On Tablets/Android Devices

Do you know that you can print out Files, documents, pictures and other things with your tablet or Android smartphones? Yes it is possible! Smartphones or tablets are always used to store media things which is to say, they are media consumption devices and sometimes, you might want to print out some of your pictures, files and others.

Well, Android doesn't have the native printing functionality built into the core operating system but a Google App and a connected printer will let you print out pictures, Google drive files and others.

How to print out pictures, files, Google drive files and others from your Android or tablet

STEP 1: Firstly, you have to configure your PC by following the process below;

• Open your google chrome browser you downloaded on your PC and then sign in your google PRINTER(Gmail) by clicking menu button in the far-right upper corner then click on "Sign In With Google".
• After signing in your google account (Gmail) then go back to your Chrome homepage and click on Settings>>Show advanced settings. As shown below;

• Then scroll down to the section "Google Cloud Print" and click on ADD PRINTER. As shown below;

• Then you will be asked to confirm, after that, Google Cloud Print section of the Chrome Advanced Settings page will now have two buttons which are DISCONNECT PRINTER and MANAGE PRINTER. As shown below;

STEP 2: Secondly, set up the Android or Tablet phone you want to print from;

• Open your Cloud Printer you downloaded playstore on your Android phone and sign in your google account (Gmail).
• Then click on PRINT at the top of the cloud printer and Select Google Drive or Gallery.
• Then to print from a webpage kindly click settings within Chrome, then Share >> Cloud Print. 
• Then select an image or files you want to print and click on PRINT button and Select PRINTER in the list and immediately, your file will be waiting for the printer.
• So with this method, you will be able to print out all your pictures and files successfully from your printer.

So you can now share any apps or files that allow sharing and the PC or printer don't have to be on when you want to send a print command. The print job will be queued at Google Cloud Print until you turn the PC and printer on. 

You can check what print jobs are waiting by clicking the Chrome “Manage printers” and if you don't want your printer to always be connected to the internet kindly click on DISCONNECT PRINTER
